Our Services

Because a youthful countenance reflects vibrant inner health, we will also provide treatments that promote glowing skin. Available treatments include: Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) therapy for unwanted veins and brown spots, photofacials, chemical peels, hair reduction, Botox ™, and fillers such as Cosmoderm™, Captique™ and Resylane™.

General dermatology services are also provided, including full body examinations and cancer screening, the treatment of acne, as well as other common skin conditions.

Consultations are available for patients with pulmonary problems. Teaming with the patient's Primary Care Provider, Dr. Hooper is available to offer his opinion by consulting with the patient and assessing their problem as it relates to disorders of the lungs or associated systems. His primary interests include asthma, emphysema, chronic bronchitis and pulmonary hypertension. Frequently patients may have associated heart disease and how this relates to the lung is of particular interest to him.

Payment Options
"Patients with PPO (Preferred Provider Organization), EPO, and POS (Point of Service) plans. We also see patients with Medicare. Discount programs are available for cash paying patients, or, alternatively we offer payment programs. We accept all major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time of service. RSMG does not accept Medi-Cal insurance. Medi-Cal patients are seen on a discounted cash basis and payment is expected at the time of service. Patients with insurance programs, such as HMO or non-contracted PPO programs, may also be seen on a cash basis "out of network". Patients may be able to recover payment from their insurance company. However, this can not be guaranteed and if you have any questions in this regard to please contact your health insurance company first." HMO patients are seen only if a contract is in place and the patient has the referral authorization from his/her Primary Care Patient."
